To support Safeys on their career journeys, all Safeys have a learning and development allowance as well as development opportunities, feedback programs, leadership development, and diverse training options. Of course, we also offer cyber security training!

We take care of each other and ourselves. We offer many means of support to give every Safey the possibility to receive help when needed – whether it is guidance for relocation, special leave options, or offering mental health coaching with OpenUp.

Hiring manager interview

This is your opportunity to learn more about SoSafe and the role as we do a deeper dive into your experience.

Panel interviews

You will have 3-5 structured interviews with the role’s key stakeholders. You may be asked to complete a ‘case study’ in advance for one of these interviews dependent on the role.

Decision

After the interviews wrap up, our team will quickly meet to make a decision and ensure you have a positive experience by providing feedback as soon as possible.
