We’ve added a Reply-To address field to the Phishing Report Button, helping users spot discrepancies between the sender address and the reply-to destination. This additional info box appears automatically and is based on the metadata of the reported email.

This small detail makes a big difference: it trains users to recognize social engineering tactics, like mismatched sender and reply-to addresses, a common indicator in phishing attacks.

Admins can now preview intervention messages before sending and target specific audiences using personalized profiles. The end-user experience remains unchanged, and message previews help ensure clarity and relevance before launch.

Resend Rapid Awareness Alerts via Sofie to Missing Users

Automatically available to all Sofie customers.

Admins can manually resend alerts to users who didn’t receive them. This ensures new joiners or previously missed users are kept in the loop, without creating duplicate messages for those who already received the alert. The content and formatting remain the same, and the resend action is fully manual, giving admins full control over communication.

Permissions to customize Sofie’s appearance—such as name, color, icon, and description—are now available by default to more roles. These include Reporting, Manager and Admin roles.
