What’s New: More Visibility, Faster Response, Less Friction for Security Teams
Let’s be honest, most security awareness programs don’t fail because teams lack dedication or good ideas. They fail because the tools get in the way.
Critical insights are buried in spreadsheets. Follow-ups take forever. Real attacks happen on Tuesday, but they don’t become training until three weeks later. And all those “small” process gaps? They’re eating hours of your week.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been fixing exactly that on the SoSafe platform. Instead of adding complexity, we shipped updates designed to remove friction, giving you clearer visibility, faster response cycles, and more flexibility to run your security awareness programs the way your organisation actually operates.
Here’s what’s new on SoSafe.
Run Your Security Awareness Programs the Way Your Organisation Works
Here’s what awareness teams kept telling us: campaign structures feel too rigid.
You’re stuck choosing between:
- Finishing one campaign before you can start another
- Creating workarounds like separate tenants just to run onboarding alongside annual training
Concurrent Campaigns fixes this.
With Concurrent Campaigns, you can now run multiple E-Learning campaigns simultaneously and move user groups between active campaigns.
This means you can:
- onboard new hires while your company-wide awareness training continues
- run role-based or targeted programs in parallel
Structure your program around your workflow, not the other way around.
Turn Security Data into Insights Faster
You already know risk exists somewhere in your organization. The question is, where exactly? Which teams are struggling? Which ones turned it around?
User Group Comparison Table
The new comparison table lets you see behaviour patterns at a group level. Quickly identify teams that need support, spot improvements, and focus your time where it matters most. Instead of scanning raw metrics, you see clear patterns.

Column Selector for Data Exports
Exports should save time, not create more work. Now you can choose exactly which fields to include when exporting E-Learning and simulation data. No more deleting unnecessary columns or reformatting files manually. You get only the data you need, ready for reporting or sharing with stakeholders.

Close the Loop on Reported Threats
Reporting culture is one of the strongest indicators of a healthy security program. But when employees report suspicious emails and never hear back, that behaviour fades.
At the same time, turning real attacks into relevant simulations often takes too long, which means training lags behind reality.
We addressed both problems.
Custom Reporter Feedback Comments
You can now add personalised feedback when resolving reported emails. Your message goes directly to the reporting employee, helping you:
- thank them
- clarify what happened
- reinforce the right behaviour
It’s a small change that makes the experience feel human and immediate, while reducing confusion and follow-up questions.

Recreate Attack Builder (Beta)
Real threats are your best training material. With Recreate Attack Builder, you can turn real phishing emails into safe simulations in minutes. If it hits your inbox, it can become training.
Instead of relying only on generic templates, you can:
- replicate current attack styles
- reflect what employees are actually seeing
- keep simulations aligned with real-world risk
The result is training that feels timely and credible, not theoretical.

Remove Barriers to Reach and Compliance
Security programs shouldn’t be limited by language or compliance overhead. We added several updates to help you scale more easily across regions and roles.
Expanded Language Support
Catalan and Serbian are now available across lessons, helping you reach more employees without translation workarounds or manual localisation.
Note: These languages are available with the latest lesson versions. Existing legacy lessons are not part of this update.
NIS2 Executive Lessons
Two new management-level lessons help leadership understand their audit responsibilities and regulatory obligations. This reduces prep work for security teams and gives executives clear, structured guidance in a format that’s easy to absorb.

Making Security Awareness Programs Work Better Every Day
These January updates share a common goal: removing the friction that slows down security teams.
Whether you’re running parallel campaigns for different departments, extracting clean data for quarterly reviews, responding to employee phishing reports in real time, or scaling your program across new regions, SoSafe now gives you more control with less manual work.
