Focus​

Having a clear goal and action plan help us achieve our goals: We always know what objectives and key results we’re working towards, setting them through collabourative goal setting. Our inspiring goals and measurable goals help us keep on track and encourage support of one another when needed. We know what we need to do and when we need to do it, supporting each other in prioritizing the most important goals and saying no to less important tasks.

However, we don’t forget that situations change, staying flexible if a change of course becomes necessary. If we find ourselves in a situation that isn’t working, we analyse it and determine how to adapt it together.
