Jinan leads Forrester’s security and risk research in Asia Pacific, as well as Forrester’s awareness, behavior, and culture coverage globally. Her research focuses on enabling chief information security officers (CISOs) and technology executives to lead high-performing security organizations and cultures. Jinan is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in security. She focuses on ensuring that cyber security teams not only attract but also retain the best talent, bringing a local and global perspective and cultural lens to her research and practice. Prior to joining Forrester, Jinan spent several years as the Director of Cyber Strategy at Transport for NSW and a similar role at Qantas Airlines, which gives her a practical perspective on her research.

Inge is a cyberpsychologist and currently the Director of Human Behavior and Resilience at Northwave. With a mission to make organizations more cyber resilient, Inge understands the importance of involving people in the process. She knows that the psychological factor in cybercrime has been neglected for too long, and she is determined to change that. Inge’s goal is to turn the people in your organization into a human sensor, empowering your employees to secure your organization. With degrees in Social & Organizational Psychology and Change Management, Inge has a strong expertise in the human side of cybersecurity.

His journey from being a management consultant at BCG to becoming the CEO of SoSafe has been driven by a vision: to bolster digital self-defense globally. Co-founding SoSafe in 2018, Niklas capitalized on his dual expertise in Business Administration and Psychology to build a company that leverages behavioral science and data analytics, turning employees into a company’s strongest line of cyber defense.
