This month, we’re introducing new capabilities and enhancements to help you streamline security awareness, improve training completion rates, and gain deeper insights into user performance. From improved admin settings and dynamic reminders to Google Workspace phishing protection and advanced analytics, these updates give you more flexibility, automation, and impact without the extra effort. Easily Configure Your General Settings & Company Branding

Managing your SoSafe account just got easier! With our new set of configurations, admins can now update key settings independently in the SoSafe Manager.  

• Modify company details, domains, and branding anytime

Profile-Based Personalization in Analytics 

Available in Premium & Ultimate 

Gain deeper, more relevant CSAT analytics by segmenting data with personalized profiles. Get an overview of the most important metrics broken down by personalized profiles.

Team Performance Tab in HSI Dashboard 

Available in Ultimate 

Admins can now analyze security performance across teams instead of only fixed departments.  Customers who decided not to migrate to profile-based personalization will see Team Performance by Departments, ensuring flexibility to choose the approach that best fits their needs. 

• Customers using personalized profiles will automatically see the Team Performance breakdown by those profiles.
• The Score view shows the Human Security Index (HSI) score and Awareness, Behavior, Culture (ABC) score for each personalized profile. A change indicator displays the change in score points in the last 30 days.
• The Delta from Average view displays the HSI score or ABC score component for that particular profile minus the overall score. 

Archived Campaigns view in New Analytics 

Available in all packages 

Earlier, available only in Classic Analytics, now we have access to historical campaign data also in New Analytics. 

• Archived Campaigns View in New Analytics – Allows users to access historical campaign data.
• Optional Visibility – Admins can choose whether archived campaigns are displayed.
• Archived Campaign Disclaimer – Ensures users understand when they’re viewing archived data. 

Reporting Nudges Now Available for Google Workspace 

Available in Premium & Ultimate 

Encourage employees to spot and report phishing attempts directly in Gmail with Reporting Nudges a smart way to reinforce security awareness in real time. 

• Real-Time Hints: Employees receive subtle cues about unusual email traits, encouraging them to report potential threats.
• Admin Control: Easily enable or disable Reporting Nudges with a simple toggle in your settings.
• Seamless Integration: Designed to fit within Gmail’s native experience. 

Stay on Track with Dynamic Reminders to Boost Training Completion  

Available in Professional, Premium & Ultimate 

Struggling with low training completion rates? Dynamic Reminders take the manual work out of follow-ups, ensuring employees complete their mandatory training on time with automated, well-timed nudges. 

What’s New:  

Modules Due Soon – Now includes reminders: 

• 7 days before deadline (existing reminder frequency)
• On the deadline day (NEW) 

Default setting: ON for all existing customers.  

Modules Overdue – Reminder sent 14 days after deadline.  

Default setting: OFF for all existing customers.

New Ability to Hide Context Survey in Personalized Learning 

Available in Professional, Premium & Ultimate 

Admins now have the ability to choose to turn off the context survey for new users, giving you greater flexibility over the learner experience. 

How it works: 

• Applies to new users: Turning off the survey will prevent it from appearing for any new learners who join.
• No impact on existing learners: Users who have already completed the survey will keep their learning paths, and their responses remain saved.
• Toggle anytime: If the survey is turned off when a user logs in and receives their learning path, enabling it later won’t prompt them to complete the survey retroactively.

6 New Geo-Specific Phishing Templates for Australia 

Available in Premium & Ultimate 

Train employees with region-specific phishing simulations. We’ve added six new templates tailored to common threats in Australia (English only). 

What’s included? 

• HR Scams – Suspicious emails about suspended benefits
• Postal & Delivery Fraud – Fake Australian Post (StarTrack) notifications
• Banking Threats – Emails with fraudulent QR codes from a major Australian bank
• Tax Office Scams – Deceptive messages impersonating government tax authorities
