This month’s product updates bring powerful improvements to Sofie, Analytics, and the Human Risk OS, making it easier than ever to manage knowledge, drive adoption, and surface meaningful insights. From expanded file support and Slack integration to improved benchmarks and manager escalation alerts, we’re continuing to make your experience smarter, faster, and more personalized.
Expand Sofie’s Knowledge with additional file formats
Automatically available for all Sofie customers.
- You can now add documents in common formats—Word, PowerPoint, text, Markdown, HTML, and JSON—to Sofie’s Knowledge Base. This makes it easier to upload existing security policies and IT support materials without needing to reformat content.

Sofie on Slack and enhancements on rapid awareness alerts – sign up for Beta
Open beta for all Sofie customers.
We’re inviting customers to join the Sofie for Slack beta. If your organization uses Slack, this is your chance to experience Sofie in a new environment. The beta includes enhancements on targeting alerts to specific user profiles, as well as scheduling and translating alerts— available on both Slack and MS Teams.

- Our latest AI upgrades include stronger safeguards to reduce hallucinations, bias, and security risks—while supporting regulatory compliance. The result? A more stable, secure, and scalable system you can rely on.
Multiple tenant data download in Analytics
Available to all customers with tenant tracking enabled. Available to user accounts with “Reporting” or “Multi Customer” role.
- Save time and simplify reporting with the ability to download all analytics data across multiple tenants and campaigns in a single file. No more manual exporting campaign by campaign—everything you need, in one place.

Improved Benchmarks in Analytics
Available to Professional customers.
- We are rolling out a modernized benchmarking system that provides more flexible and more accurate comparisons across subindustries, to give you even deeper insights into your performance relative to your industry peers. Starting April 2, 2025, you may notice some changes in your benchmark data as everything is recalibrated to better reflect your specific industry. No action is required on your part.

Toggle between departments & personalized profiles
Available to Premium customers. Contact your CSM to change the settings.
- You now have the flexibility to switch Analytics views between departments and personalized profiles. Choose the view that best fits your organizational structure and data needs.

Manager Escalation for overdue learning modules
Available to Premium customers, to be enabled by your Customer Success Manager.
- Managers will now receive automated notifications on the first business day of each month when employees have learning modules overdue by 30+ days. These alerts are delivered via the Sofie chatbot (if enabled) or email, helping improve compliance oversight without adding to admin workload.

Granular Insights in the Human Security Index (HSI) Dashboard
Available to Ultimate customers.
- The Human Security Index (HSI) dashboard now supports filtering based on personalized profiles. Admins can drill down into security scores and event trends for specific groups, making it easier to pinpoint risks
