New in May: Turn Static Policies into Live Training in Minutes
Managing human-risk programmes should not mean adding more administrative work for your team. This month, we are focusing on removing the operational burden of security awareness, expanding accessibility, and ensuring your organisation can adapt to new threats effortlessly. Here is a look at the latest updates to the SoSafe platform.
Prove Compliance to Complex Policies
Organisations are struggling with the growing operational burden of maintaining, updating, and training employees on complex policies. With our new Policy-to-Lesson feature, you can turn any policy document into a structured, trackable, and editable E-Learning experience in under ten minutes.
Instead of hoping employees read a static PDF, you can deploy engaging lessons with optional AI-generated quizzes, auto-translation into 34 languages, and reliable completion tracking. This helps you prove understanding to auditors, regulators, and your board without relying on manual workflows or external L&D tools.
Engaging Every Employee with Accessible Learning
Security only works when it includes everyone. We are happy to share that our platform has officially received external proof of trust from the Telekom MMS report. This confirms our E-learning lessons achieve accessibility tested via WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 standards. For public teams, our lessons can help achieve compliance with BITV 2.0:2019.

Modernising Security Culture with Highly Responsive Lessons
Our newest generation of E-learning lessons are now generally available, representing a major step forward for distributed workforces and international organisations. This release introduces full mobile and tablet responsiveness, allowing field-based teams and on-the-go employees to complete training smoothly.
Personalized Learning for Employees without Corporate Email Addresses
Security awareness must extend to every corner of your workforce, including deskless or field-based employees who lack personal company email addresses. We have updated our platform to allow the creation of multiple Personalised Learning campaigns using unique access codes. You can now build as many tailored campaigns as your business requires, making it easier than ever to target specific operational units, deliver relevant training, and close security gaps across the entire organisation.
A Faster Reporting experience for Google Users
Reporting suspicious emails must be a frictionless habit. We have redesigned the Phishing Report Button (PRB) for GoogleMail to replace the previously fragmented setup with a single, simplified, and fast product. This update brings full feature parity with our PRB in Outlook.
Current Google PRB clients will receive targeted communication with URLs to uninstall the old version and install the new one. The transition deadline is the 17th of June, after which the current Google PRB will no longer function. The process takes only a few minutes, ensuring your employees can continue to flag threats instantly, safely, and without disruption.
